Beat pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes then let stand for 5 minutes.
Cover bottom of 8x8 inch square pan with graham crackers.
Add 2 cups of cool whip to your pudding mixture - mix gently - and spread half of the mixture on top of the graham crackers - then more grahams and other half of pudding mix on top of them.
Spread rest of cool whip on top. Add marshmallows.
Put in refrigerator for 3 hours to set and drizzle the chocolate syrup on top before serving!
