Interesting videos!
We cats can’t do all the measuring techniques mentioned in the earlier videos, we don’t have thumbs. MOL.
Andy is the winner of Scout Maggie and Felix’s giveaway, Neil de Grasse Tyson’s best-seller from last year: Astrophysics for People in a Hurry. It’s a pawsome read!
Wonderful! We will send it out on Monday!! Concats, Andy!
Concatulations, Andy!
Come on Einie lets learn something
Lots of information in the videos. We’ve seen Dr. Tyson before on PBS. Sure does know his stuff! My Dad got a new telescope from my Mom last Christmas but we have to take it to the school nearby to see the sky since we have so many big trees around our house. Stargazing is tough but Mom and Dad try. There’s an astronomy club in our town and Dad is thinking of joining up. Thanks for the super videos Maggie and Felix!
Oh, we had nothing to do with the videos, Teds, but how cool that your town has an Astronomy Club. We have so much ambient light here that we can’t see much from our yard. Mom plans to get us some binocs very soon.
Me’s not enterin’ the giveaway, but me just wanted to make sure me got the points fur watchin’ the videos.
We love learning things from NdT! Great videos, too. Stargazing is always such an experience because when you think you actually know something about it, you realize there’s SO MUCH more to learn.
He makes it fun.
Would love to win. Dr. Tyson is so smart and entertaining. He makes it fun to learn!
There’s so much to learn!! When I was just a kitten, I remember asking Nermes if he could help me count the stars. He tried hard to explain to me there too too many of them.
How sweet, Chip! Yes, counting would take awhile over several lifetimes.
It’s raining here so I can’t see anything.
interesting.
Thets cool Maggie & Felix. As a non scientist I need book even a Cat can understand . MOL Watching these videos definitely helps.
Sorry for the dupe comment. My puter is ready for the bin.
Felix and I will send the Giveaway winner a copy of Astrophysics for People in a Hurry by Neil de Grasse Tyson. Great read that even we can understand!
This is very informative.
Dear Stargazing Scouts,
Felix and I will send the winner of Denmaster’s Giveaway a really cool book that even non-scientists can understand.
It’s Neil de Grasse Tyson’s best-seller from last year: Astrophysics for People in a Hurry. It’s a fun read and will illuminate your world, to be sure.
Watching these videos, we will see and learn more than we could with our naked eye.
It is raining here as well, and we can’t see anything. So happy it is clear at Camp Sammy Kimmell.
To be sure, Mau! We lucked out tonight.
